NEWTOWN CROSSING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
ANNUAL MEETING
April 5, 2004

The 2004 annual meeting of the Newtown Crossing Community Association was held on Monday, April 5, 2004. The meeting was called to order at 7:35 by the president, James Downey. The following Board members were present: Pete Ancona and Barbara Jankowski. Also present were Bob Donatelli, Dennis Dettra, Mr. and Mrs. William Nagle and their daughter/son-in-law, Frank Jankowski and Lorrie Strange.

The floor was opened for other nominations for the two open Board positions. Hearing no further nominations, the nominations were closed and the ballots were turned over to the treasurer for verification and counting.

Bob reported that 5 ballots were received. Since we did not receive sufficient ballots to constitute a quorum, the annual meeting was rescheduled to coincide with the Board of Directors meeting to be held in June.

With no further business, the annual meeting was adjourned.
